President Trump is speaking to thousands of supporters at a rally in Orlando, the official launch of his re-election campaign. He began his speech by touting what he views are his best accomplishments, including boosting military spending, and moved on to complain about Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into ties between Russia and his campaign. Trump was joined onstage by first lady Melania Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, and members of his family and 2016 campaign. Trump is struggling in the polls, both public and leaked internal ones, and his approval rating has hovered around 40 percent all term.
