Ted Cruz took an early lead in the Utah Republican caucus on Tuesday night, and never let it go. With 24 percent of precincts reporting, Cruz was projected the winner by The Associated Press, CNN, and NBC News with 71 percent, versus 16 percent for John Kasich and 13 percent for Donald Trump. Assuming he wins more than 50 percent of the vote, Cruz will win all 40 delegates.
