Posted by no, Wednesday, July 8, 2009, 11:44 pm this is all very out of context. quotas do not solve racism. if your racist fire department is hiring underqualified white men who are causing people to die, while the neighboring diverse district is saving lives, then the problem will fix itself. Look at sports, where minorities far exceed whites because they are better. It's a fact. I'm not asking for an 80 quota of white guys in the NBA.
