He never came off as disingenuous, and in this is why he was such a successful pitchman. Watch Pitchmen reruns and I think you'll agree he isn't a person you want to hate. To say that it wasn't too soon when he was only 50, and leaves behind a wife and kids, is a terrible thing to say and something only allowed by the anonymity of the Internet.
