Well pardon the French, but that shit is for the birds. Obama needs to get his head out of his ass and come up with something that is going to help us not penalize the citizens of the United States of America. Our jails, most of which are over flowing, are filled with hard time criminals however, ppl who don't want insurance or pays with cash don't deserve to be in there with those monsters. It's completely ridiculous. How dare them
