1. These are the things we know about the Kimye baby

As you probably heard — or, perhaps, just felt somewhere in your heart — Kim Kardashian gave birth to her daughter with Kanye West over the weekend. And though we know almost nothing about the so-called "Kimye" baby, including its actual name or time of birth, the race to scoop the gossip websites has resulted in a firestorm of non-news. So here, in brief, what you might have missed so far: Kris Kardashian says the baby is "beautiful"; Khloe Kardashian calls it a "miracle"; Kim Kardashian is "doing amazing and couldn't be happier," and — in case it somehow wasn't clear from the rest of this sentence — the baby's name will begin with a "K." 2. Anger Management stars have no sense of irony

Your daily dose of irony: Anger Management stars Charlie Sheen and Selma Blair have gotten so bad at managing their anger that Sheen has refused to show up for work on the FX show. A source at TMZ claims that a dispute between the two lead actors started when Blair complained that Sheen was "a menace to work with" — which somehow came as a surprise to her. That prompted an angry Sheen to refuse to work on Monday as long as Blair is on set. The news clearly spells trouble for the sitcom, but don't worry, Charlie — it's not like you've ever been kicked off a TV show for bad behavior before, right? [TMZ]

3. Girl Meets World is officially happening

Congratulations, internet! Enough of you freaked out about the hypothetical possibility of a Boy Meets World sequel series that it's actually, officially happening now: Girl Meets World will film its first season this summer. The series will star Rowan Blanchard as Riley, the daughter of the original series' Cory and Topanga (Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel, somehow finding the time in their busy schedules to reprise their original roles). Fans can look forward to the Girl Meets World premiere in 2014, though we're still holding out for Grown-Up Pains or Saved By the Bell: The Paunchy Years. [Entertainment Weekly]

4. Get ready to get really, really sick of Smurfs

Smurfs. What's not to love about the tiny, blue, occasionally flatulent rapscallions? That's the misplaced logic behind Sony's massive licensing coup for The Smurfs 2, which will see the franchise farmed out to more than 100 partners for a full-frontal assault of promotional tie-ins. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Smurfs will have their malformed mugs slapped onto everything from McDonald's Happy Meals to Toys R Us gift cards to a series of Smurfs-inspired electric cars, because nothing says "good for the environment" like massive corporate synergy. 5. Britney Spears offers insipid self-analysis of her new single

And lucky for all of us, thepromotional train has started early for the new Britney Spears single "Ooh La La," which made its official premiere on Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Monday. "I think [Ooh La La] doesn't really certainly mean a certain phrase or anything, but it's about feeling good," says Spears, acting like she coined a term that was first used as a song title in 1973.
